Two years have passed.

Roughly two years have passed since I last posted here.
that's insane.
really. insane.
I didn't think that UTAU would become such a big part of my life.
Anyway, I'm not going to rehash the links. I've replaced the links in the sidebar with Anaka's most recent banks.

Right now I am a little torn. I might try recording a new bank on my new computer. However, that doesn't free me from these banks that I had recorded and started OTOing.

Either way, I haven't quit with Anaka just yet.

Well, this is a mess.

I'm basically abandoning this blog.
I'll post here again if I update Anaka, but I doubt I'll do that any time in the foreseeable future.

OTO.ini is included with Japanese Basic.

OTO.ini is NOT configured to be a multi-folder bank. To use without editting OTO.ini, put all of the files into the same folder.

The only thing required is the Japanese Basic.

English samples are NOT configured.

Noise removal / other conditioning was NOT applied.

This is not a release. I just know I'll never WANT to finish this bank, so I'm giving it to you as it is.


RAR DESCRIPTIONS -
Japanese Basic - If I didn't mess up on this, this is all of the base samples. No suffixes or special language capabilites. Is the only RAR with the OTO.ini.

High / Low - The sets of single high and low notes.

Suffix - Short, Soft, and hard. Short is short and rather loud. Soft is whispery for an effect like Act 6. Hard is kind of like Act 9 in tone.

Double High / Low - The other highs and lows. There may be some decent ones in here... But everyone knows what happens when I record double and triple high notes. *is shot*

English - Two seperate RARs simply due to my internet being stupid. Contains 566 English compatibility files. Erm, I know I really screwed up and left out a LOT of stuff. ... But you guys understand, right? And if you hear the washing machine and the dogs... erm...

Noise - I didn't do anything to prevent or erase noise in these samples. Why? I didn't feel like it.
As I said, I am NOT going to be screwing with this voicebank, so I don't really care.
I did a LOT to keep the noise out of my triphones, which meant almost suffocating and sweltering to death while my feet were freezing off. ... Darn that blanket.
I did nothing with these, and I think you can hear it in some of them.
If you want to try and make this the most amazing Anaka release ever, I'll, like, give you a cookie.
Fwa. You'll get the triphones when I finish with them. Knowing me I'll get bored and upload them like I did with this ver.

This took a lot of effort to upload.
Recording 1434 samples and configuring them was easy.
Making the English list and recording it was easy.
Uploading the bank? HARD. REALLY, REALLY HARD.

Oh, and Anaka belongs to LOKE. Fwa.

Random Anaka Trivia! The first song someone else made Anaka sing was Melt. Her outfit in the cover for that song was much, much cuter than her current outfit, seeing as it was a stange combination of a military uniform and a sailor fuku.

Random Anaka Trivia! I really was contemplating changing Anaka's name to something that was at least vaugly Japanese. You know Kichi Yasashii? The scream bank? That was going to be her name until Ensei Ayame told me that it was a male name.

Wow. You guys must have all wondered why I never touched my blog anymore.
I was procrastornating. Or whatever.
Anyway! I have videos.
Here's Loke and Anaka's Vanilla. Made the UST from a MIDI. It was hard, but it was kinda worth it. The cover was by my grandpappy-kitty, Ruben.

For those of you who don't know, I'm a major LOKE fangirl. *pokes previous covers* And Hoke voices Loke. Therefore, I am a Hoke fangirl. He made Anaka and Loke sing the same song... XD I'll include both.. :3



(At the time of writing, Anaka's version has about ten more views than Loke's... XD And my mom likes Anaka's more.)

Romeo and Cinderella and Swastikas

Three videos~ One sucks, one is a little messed up, and one has no singing. It be an explaination :3

First is the one that's a little messed up. I have no idea why, but Anaka's tracks for Romeo and Cinderella were off... Horribly so.

Another Side of Cendrillon AND New RELEASE!

All righty. So, Anaka used to not be able to use romaji (A problem fixed in the latest release. You can dowload it from the link in the side bar), so I had to convert the whole "Another Side of Cendrillon" VSQ to hirigana.
Now I decided to actually, I dunno, use the file I had lying around.
I bugged TSO, and I ended up with this...



The illustration is by me. I know it sucks :(

By the way, the really cool version with Camilia Melodia, Ensei Ayame, and BLYTHE Anaka is really cool. I'll post it here so that I'll fit in >.> <.<



On a side note, Is it just me or is Anaka almost always in profile when other people draw her o_O ? I know there are a few where she isn't, and one where she's at three-quarters...

That's the first test I posted after I started work on the oto.ino.
I really have no idea what I'm doing.
I'm going to work on making her sing Cinderellion after I work on Adaru for a bit.

I keep searching for some kanji to replace あなか, though... It's hard work.

穴冠 is Ana Kan. Heh.
I guess it means unaccompanied baggage.
I looked up Anaka in a kanji dictonary... Almost every entry had something to do with holes.
I picked a bad name, didn't I?
穴 is Ana. If I just add "ka" (too lazy to switch to Japanese right now...), It would be Anaka.
So, let's use Google Translator~!
